Silane Modified Polyether Polymer

EXCESTAR™ is used as the base polymer of the final sealant product which is used to seal in-between substrates.
Other than glass substrate, EXCESTAR™ has good adherence to Aluminium Composite Panels (ACPs), Marble, Pre-cast Concrete, Stone etc.
Since EXCESTAR™ has lesser content of oil in its formulation, there is lesser oil bleeding from the sealant.
The surface of EXCESTAR™-based sealant has insignificant electrostatic property, which contributes to lesser dirt pick-up and dirt streaking on the façade surface, giving building a cleaner appearance.
Therefore, buildings which use EXCESTAR™ based sealants can save up on maintenance cost of façade surface cleaning.
